Seven One Foundations (71F) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and adults through creative outlets that support mental wellness, self-expression, and personal growth. We believe creativity can provide a powerful space to process emotions, discover purpose, build confidence, and connect with others. Through hands-on workshops in music, writing, visual art, and creative expression, 71F creates safe and encouraging environments where participants can turn their experiences into something meaningful. Our programs include Pen Your Pain, Sampling in Symmetry, and Paint Your Pain, each offering a different pathway for participants to express themselves and explore their own stories. We believe every person has a story worth telling, a voice worth hearing, and creativity worth sharing.
